Purpose

When dealing with a large organization (company, administration, etc), it is often complicated to understand how it works and who the decision makers are.

This app allows gathering easily the information available about the organization staff and connecting the people within the organization hierarchy, from the bottom to the top.

A graphic organization chart is drawn based on the input.

Several persons can contribute to the same database ("Domain") in order to gather more information from several sources. Any contributor can invite more people to extend the network of contributors.

Development team

This app was created by an amateur developper. It does not pretend to compete with complex professional software and CRM sorftware (Customer Relationship Management). But it has the benefit of being a simple app, easy to understand and implement.

Upon request, additional features can be developed.

Key Features

The easiest way to create a list of people is to import persons of interest from your iPhone Contact List: "import Contacts"

A list of companies of interest can be created with the "Companies" Button.

Then, the "People" button allows selecting each person and connecting to his/her manager and Company.

The graphic org chart can be accessed from the "Companies" or "People" Buttons.

The org chart can be customized with different depth or format using tap gestures (see ? help button). It can also be exported with email in a pdf format.
