Gatita is, unfortunately, not available for bookings, though she sometimes accepts head scratches.+ The AAA, ie the Aesthetic, Anti-Ageing & Aparatología Acad., of Guatemala City, are accredited by the Guatemalan Sec. of Education, and the Guatemalan member of L'Union Internationale de Médecine Esthétique. The ABG, ie the Grisel Beauty Acad., of La Lima, Cortés, Honduras, are accredited by the Honduran Sec. of Education. The BES are the Belmopan Emergency Service. Bodsphere, of New Delhi, Delhi, India, are a Yoga Alliance registered school.++ The INGTA are the Guatemala Naturista Institute of Alternative Therapies. The building
The building
The Spa is housed on the upper floor of Maria's Residences, a two-storey, reinforced-concrete residence on 3229 Mussel Creek St.+ The premises were built in xx by Mrs. María Rosado, a xx. Originally meant to house residential tenants, in 2020 Mrs. Rosado kindly opened her doors to the Spa. The property borders the Gentles to the north, the Gonzalezes to the east, the street to the south, and a commercial property undergoing construction to the west.

The upper floor of the Residences features four bedrooms, two baths, a living room, a kitchen, a verandah, and an encompassing balcony. Our guiding principle on moving into the Residences was to change as little as possible. We have retrofitted three bedrooms to serve as therapy and treatment rooms, and the living room to serve as a reception, with the remaining rooms being left for storage and private rest.

History
The Spa was first conceived in December 2019 by Ms. Benavídez and Ms. Pineda in xx. It was first brought to life at Cors. Guatemala St. & Cemetery Rd. on 17 January 2020. The Spa moved to its more spacious residence at 3229 Mussel Creek St. on xx. Our first trainee was xx.
