Terms or Agreement meaning these Terms of Trade,
The Spa, Us meaning Organic Spa Academy Ltd., including its officers, employees, or authorised contractors,
The Patron, You meaning customers, guests, clients of the Spa,
The Order meaning the Patrons request for goods or services from the Spa, by whatever means placed,
GST means the tax payable on taxable goods or services under the General Sales Tax Act 2011 and any related Act imposing such tax or legislation that may be enacted to validate, recapture or recoup such tax.
These Terms become binding upon the Spa and the Patron on the date the former gives the latter notice of acceptance of the Order.

The Spa reserves the right to refuse any of the Patron's Orders. In such case, the Spa will notify the Patron as soon as reasonably practicable and refund the Patron any payment in full.
All products or goods ordered are for personal use and gifting only. They may not be resold in any form or any place. The Spa reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorised and unofficial sale of its products or goods.
All prices on any of the Spa's publications are in Belizean dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Subject to the clauses headed 'Consumer Guarantees' and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Spa gives no representation or warranty in respect of the condition, quality or fitness for any purpose of its goods or services. It will be the Patron’s responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality and fitness for purpose of the Spa's goods or services. The Patron accepts the goods or services on this basis.

If the Spa is delayed or hindered in or prevented from performing any of its obligations under these Terms by reason of any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, the Spa will have no liability to the Patron in respect of such non-performance and the time for performing the same will be extended until the event or circumstance has ceased.
Where the Spa supplies a taxable good or service to the Patron under or in connection with these Terms or in connection with any matter or thing occurring under these Terms and the consideration otherwise payable for the taxable good or service does not include GST, the Spa will be entitled, in addition to any other consideration recoverable in respect of the taxable good or service, to recover from the Patron the amount of any GST on the taxable goods or services.
