Fill out the form: Each GO will have a form to fill out so please fill that out carefully before submitting.
Send the money: Once the form is submitted, please send money to whatever payment method is stated in the form.
Wait for confirmation: After submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation email of your GOODS payment within 24-48 hours.
From Seller to Us: You will then get an email about EMS (2nd payment).
From Us to You: Once items are received, we will update and get domestic shipments out ASAP as soon as DOMESTIC payment is received (3rd payment).
How to Pay
Different payment types will be stated in the form.
3 Kinds of Payment:
Goods (and any transfer/banking fees)
EMS (overseas shipment to us)
Domestic (goods from us to you!)
**2nd payment is not applicable to domestic GOs
RULES
They are on this site and on the forms, so we will not tolerate those who didn't read.
If you are under 18, please make sure you get permission by a parent or legal guardian before joining. We will NEED your name and address to be able to send the stuff to you. We also need for you/parent/guardian to be AWARE of any payments.
Please make sure you can pay ON TIME, IN FULL, and CORRECTLY. This means pay before the deadline, no partial payments, and through whatever payment method we state. We DO NOT accept pay payments through PayPal goods and services; your money will be refunded and your form will be cancelled/void if you do not pay correctly.
You must be fully committed to the GOs you join. There will be NO REFUNDS for anyone who decides to drop out of a GO or doesn't pay on time. If you need to back out for any reason, you can sell your spot (see FAQ).
Missed payments: If you do not inform us that you'll be late and still fail to at least pay it within a week after the deadline, we will not give you any refunds AND your item(s) will be put up for reclaim.
We are not responsible for delays in productions or shipments from the fansites/sellers.
If your items are cancelled (or we are scammed) and the fansite/seller does not refund us, we cannot refund you.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost goods during/after shipment.
Group orders take time and each one takes different amounts of time.
It is possible you will be blacklisted by us or other GOMs if you don't follow the rules.
