Sorry but no :(. We've seen and experienced how busy other GOMs and how long it can take for things to get shipped to joiners. It also can take up a lot of space we may not have.
Therefore, we usually just do GOs for things we personally want and will get it shipped directly to us to avoid long wait times. (meaning possible higher shipping fees)
We usually do Domestic GOs.

Depends on what time it says on the form/when we have to send the money to the fansite/seller.

Yes we have some experience shipping out items. We each have run a GO before and we also have experience selling things online (like event extras, etc).

It varies for each order because it depends on the amount and weight of the items. In the future, we'll be able to update estimates for certain items.

You can't back out of a GO because it'd affect the cost of EMS for everyone a part of that GO and it wouldn't be fair to them to have to pay more. If WE were to cover the cost of your share of EMS, then it would putting a financial burden on us.
It'd also be a huge headache for us to try to refund people with how busy we are. If you continue to pester us for a refund while knowing that we DON'T do refunds, you'll be put on a blacklist and possibly other GOM's blacklists too.

In case you need to back out of a GO for any reason, we will still NOT give you a refund, but you can try to sell your own spot/we will help you.
- Find someone that will buy your spot in your GO(s).
- Contact us through DMs or email who it is and have them contact us.
- The person who you sold your spot to pays us.
- We give you a "refund," and then they take over your EMS/Domestic payment(s).

NO. We both do not make any money off these orders. We just wanted to help reduce costs for overseas fans to get cool and cute goods.
Why is the cost of the items higher/lower than other forms for the same items?

Our prices may be converted from USA dollar to other countries' currencies, so we usually add .50 cents per item to cover any initial paypal fees (sending the 1st payment to seller for the goods). If there is ever any extra from that .50, it will be transferred over to the 2nd payment and subtracted from it.
