Our clinical office is located in Oxford, Alabama. As your therapist, I am here to help you journey through the seasons of life as you need. I believe in the power of therapy and am here to empower you as you experience life choices, darker seasons, and even lighter seasons! I have experience working with various diagnoses that adults or adolescents face. I offer sessions for individuals and families working with ages three and up. I am certified in Relaxation-Based Pain Management and am excited to offer this amazing resource to my clients. I will offer sessions both in person and through telehealth.
