What is Orbit?
Orbit is a private personal CRM that helps you keep the relationships that matter from going cold. It reminds you who to reach out to, drafts messages with AI, and shows the health of your whole network.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Orbit is local-first, so your people, notes, and interactions stay on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account, and nothing is uploaded without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do the AI features work?
When you use an AI feature, only the content needed for that request is sent securely to our AI provider to generate your result. It is not used to train AI models, and private notes are included only if you turn that option on.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your device, open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Orbit. You can also use Manage Subscription inside Orbit.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Orbit, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my data?
Open Orbit, go to Settings, and tap Reset all data. Deleting the app also removes its data.
