Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orbit: Year Tracker and Days (“Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

License Grant

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, database rights, and other proprietary material, remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, or create derivative works.

• Translate the Application into other languages without authorization.

• Use trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Modifications and Fees

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. Features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice.

The Application operates on a freemium model. Certain features may require payment. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Subscription billing and purchase management are handled via third-party services, including RevenueCat.

Data and Device Security

The Application may store and process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device.

• Preventing unauthorized access to the Application.

Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and functionality. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from modified operating systems.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party development and infrastructure services, including Expo and RevenueCat. These providers operate under their own terms and policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party terms, practices, or service interruptions.

Internet and Carrier Charges

Certain features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• Inability to use the Application due to lack of connectivity.

• Data charges, roaming fees, or other charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

You are responsible for any costs associated with network usage.

Device Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining adequate battery charge and device functionality. The Service Provider is not liable for inability to access the Application due to device failure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Service Provider does not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability.

• Error-free operation.

• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions.

Updates may be required to continue using the Application. The Service Provider is not obligated to provide updates indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the Application.

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without notice.

Upon termination:

• All rights granted under these Terms cease immediately.

• You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.
  
  

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the Service Provider’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
