Scope

This Privacy Policy describes what data the Application collects, why it is collected, how it is used, how it is shared, how long it is retained, and how you can exercise rights over your data. The Application is provided “AS IS.”

Data collected

Automatically collected information

The Application collects the following non-identifying technical data automatically:

• Mobile operating system and OS version.

• App usage metrics (pages/screens visited, timestamps, session durations).

• Aggregate, anonymized telemetry for product improvement.

The Application does not collect precise geolocation.

User-provided information

For a better experience, the Application may request limited personally identifiable information when you choose to provide it (for example, when contacting support). Any such data will be retained and processed as described below.

Permissions (explicit)

The Application requires two runtime permissions to operate key features:

• Calendar read & write — used only to display and (with your consent) create or update calendar entries related to year/day tracking events.

• Notification access — used only to deliver scheduled reminders and in-app notifications.

Permissions are requested at runtime. You can revoke them at any time from your device settings; some features will stop working if permissions are revoked.

Use of data

Collected data is used for:

• Running and maintaining core features (calendar integration, reminders, UI behavior).

• Product analytics, performance monitoring, and crash reporting using aggregated telemetry.

• Processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Third-party services

The Application uses third-party services for development, analytics, and subscription management. These providers have independent privacy policies and handle data according to their terms. Third-party providers used by the Application include: Expo and RevenueCat. Only the minimum data required for each provider’s service is shared (for example, subscription receipts with billing partners).

Data sharing and disclosure

The Service Provider shares data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With contracted service providers who process data on the Service Provider’s behalf and who are bound by confidentiality and restricted-use obligations.

• When required by law (subpoena, court order, or similar legal process).

• When disclosure is necessary to protect the Service Provider’s rights, safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

Only aggregated, anonymized telemetry is shared for product improvement; no direct identifiers are included in such exports.

Retention and deletion

User-provided data is retained while you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter to support operational needs and legal obligations. To request deletion of User-provided data, contact: rahul.singh4800@protonmail.com. Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe; certain information may remain in backups or logs for a short period as required for business continuity or legal compliance.

Opt-out / Uninstall

To stop all data collection performed by the Application, uninstall it using standard device procedures. Uninstalling removes the app from your device but may not delete server-side records; use the deletion request process above to remove server-stored personal data.

Children

The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, that data will be deleted. Report such cases to daleofficialapp@gmail.com.

Security

Reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards are implemented to protect data. No system is fully secure; the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal data in a manner that triggers notification obligations, the Service Provider will comply with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated. The effective date above indicates the current version. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
