Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orbit: A Space Endeavour (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License & Intellectual Property

The App is owned by Alexandru-Ioan Pintea.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for private entertainment purposes.

All trademarks, logos, code, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Subscription & In-App Purchases

You can play Orbit: A Space Endeavour for free up to Level 10. Levels 11–49 require a subscription or in-app purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

User Conduct

You agree not to exploit or reverse engineer the App, nor to distribute unauthorized or hacked versions.

Any attempt to bypass subscription or in-app purchase systems is strictly prohibited.

Use of iCloud

The App may sync certain key-value data (like level progress) to iCloud for convenience. If you disable iCloud, some cross-device sync features may not function.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Alexandru-Ioan Pintea be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
