In-App Purchases: If you make a purchase or subscription, Apple handles payment details. We only receive a transaction validation token or indication of success/failure.

iCloud Sync: The App uses iCloud Key-Value Storage to store certain progress data (like completed levels). Apple manages synchronization across your devices.

3. How We Use Data

To Provide & Improve the App: We store your progress and subscription status so you can resume your game.

Analytics: We review aggregated usage data to improve gameplay features or stability.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Apple Services: Subscriptions, payments, and iCloud sync run through Apple’s frameworks. We do not see or store your full payment details.

Legal Requirements: We may share data if required by law, regulation, or court order.

Opt-Out: You can disable analytics in your device settings if made available.

Disable iCloud: Turning off iCloud on your device stops data sync. You can still play locally.

We keep essential gameplay and subscription info as long as you use Orbit: A Space Endeavour or as required by law.
