How to Enter the property

In case you can't access the Swimply app for Access details, below are the entry instructions. 

Address: Orangewood, 555 Tallwood Road, Forest reefs.

What you need to bring!

Just like going to a public park BBQ, please remember to bring the following.

1. BYO POOL TOWELS & Pool inflatables. We do supply an electric air pump for inflatables in the laundry room. 

2. IF renting the BBQ, BYO BBQ Utensils

3. BYO Rubbish Bags - for taking rubbish away with you

4. Your own tea towels, plates, cutlery etc

What is provided

• Washing sink, hand washing liquid

• Toilet, hand towel, toilet paper

• Small Bar Fridge

• BBQ cleaning wipes/cleaning spray

A gentle reminder on the rules - please leave as found!

1. RUBBISH: All rubbish must be taken away with you and taken home. Our bins aren't emptied regularly enough by council and we need to leave room for the house bookings. You are however welcome to leave 10c recycle items in the tubs on the outdoor table at the back door. 

2. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. Just like renting a park or public space bbq, you need to clean up after yourself including BBQ, fridge, tables and the toilet after use. Our rates are low and don’t include a cleaner post your visit. We provide a toilet brush, toilet cleaner and BBQ wipes.

3. No use of laundry washing machine and dryer.

4. Outdoor furniture: Please move furniture back to where found if you move it. It’s the polite thing to do. Some of it cannot be left out in the weather.

5. No PETS. They scare off the cattle in the adjacent paddock from going near their water trough near the house.

6. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. We don't want cigarette butts anywhere or any risk of grass fires to the adjacent paddocks.

7. No glass or food/drink in the pool area.

8. BBQ only to be used if you paid the additional charge due to the cost of delivering gas bottles here. You MUST clean BBQ on exit.

Note we offer this pool for guests to hire to help offset the costs of the pool maintenance. Such a large pool to run costs a lot! The fees you pay really only cover a few buckets of chlorine for a few weeks and nothing else. Hence why we appreciate you cleaning on departure as that is a cost on top that we don't think pool guests want to pay.
