**OptimoCleaner — System Cleaner**

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OptimoCleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service

OptimoCleaner is a system utility application that provides:

- Real-time monitoring of CPU, RAM, disk, and battery usage

- Junk file scanning and cleanup (cache, logs, temporary files, trash)

- RAM optimization

- Photo library analysis and cleanup (iOS)

- Photo compression (iOS)

- Installed application management (macOS)

## 3. Subscription Terms

### 3.1 Free Features

OptimoCleaner offers a 3-day free trial that allows you to scan your system. Cleanup features require an active Optimo Premium subscription.

### 3.2 OptimoCleaner Premium

OptimoCleaner Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans:

- **Weekly**: Billed every 7 days

- **Monthly**: Billed every 30 days

- **Yearly**: Billed every 365 days

### 3.3 Payment

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

### 3.4 Price Changes

Prices are set in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will take effect after notice to you and will not apply until the next renewal period.

## 4. User Responsibilities

By using OptimoCleaner, you agree to:

- Use the App only for its intended purpose as a system utility

- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Accept responsibility for any files you choose to delete through the App

## 5. File Deletion Disclaimer

**Important**: When you use OptimoCleaner to delete junk files, photos, or other content:

- **Junk file cleanup** permanently deletes selected files. This action **cannot be undone**.

- **Photo deletion** (iOS) moves photos to the "Recently Deleted" album, where they remain for 30 days before permanent removal.

- **Photo compression** replaces original photos with compressed versions. Original quality **cannot be restored** after compression.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming file selections before initiating any cleanup or compression action. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your important data.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

OptimoCleaner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

- The App will meet your specific requirements

- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

- The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable

- Any errors in the App will be corrected

In no event shall OptimoCleaner or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

## 7. System Permissions

OptimoCleaner requires certain system permissions to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to:

- Read system information (CPU, RAM, disk, battery)

- Access and enumerate files in cache, log, and temporary directories

- Access your photo library (iOS, with explicit permission)

- Read installed application information (macOS)

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings, which may limit App functionality.

## 8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OptimoCleaner, including but not limited to design, graphics, and code, are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

## 9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

## 10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

## 11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
