Announcement: Results of Optica Silicon Valley Board Elections

We are excited to share the results of the recent board elections for Optica Silicon Valley. The following individuals have been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the term of June 2024 to June 2025:

• President: Christopher Barsi

• Vice-President: Amir Atabaki

• Treasurer: Ehsan Sooudi

• Secretary: Anny Zheng

For the Director roles:

• Director of Academia: Majid Heidari

• Director of Industry: Reza Khorasani

• Director of Conference: Metin Ozen

The newly elected board members will begin their duties immediately. With their leadership and expertise, we look forward to achieving continued growth and success for Optica Silicon Valley in the coming year.

Eligibility Criteria and Tenure:

• Eligibility: Everyone is eligible to serve as a board member except students.

• Tenure Start Date: Roles officially begin on December 15th.
