Northern California OPTICA Local Section started with Optica Silicon Valley

The goal of Optica Silicon Valley is to provide a platform where the greatest minds in our community can gather and discuss the next-generation photonics and optics technologies that will shape our future. We believe that continued progress in areas critical to our civilization—from computing and AI to energy and healthcare—will require radical innovation and scaling in optics and photonics technologies. This is already happening before our eyes: next-generation computing systems, quantum computers, and energy storage solutions all leverage photonics. Optica Silicon Valley will shine light on these breakthroughs.
