Central High School DECA

WHO ARE WE?

DECA is a local, state, and international organization with a mission to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. Career focused students build skills through DECA competition, conferences and business mentoring. Omaha Central DECA has created a "Tradition of Excellence" with various accolades over the past 35 years.

Academically Prepared

Students become academically prepared for college and careers in marketing, finance, hospitality or management.

Community Oriented

Students gain an appreciation for the benefits of service and their potential impact on the community and world.

Professionally Responsible

Students become professionally responsible leaders with ethics, integrity and high standards.

Experienced Leaders

Students practice key leadership skills such as goal setting, consensus building and project management.
