I believe each of us is the sum of all that has happened to us from conception until now. I believe we all have the answers inside of us to be the best we can be. Life is about being responsible for our own actions and reactions to others, with respect for each person and everything they have been through in their lives as well as the burdens they carry. Sometimes, we are so blocked by the burdens we carry that we cannot see past them. We need someone to talk to that helps us open these blocks and see our best selves.
