A select group of like-minded teens looking to build their leadership skills and actively contribute to OPG!
OPG's Teen Leadership Committee (TLC)
is seeking dedicated and motivated students looking to build their leadership skills. Must be positive role models and self-starters, with organizational and interpersonal skills, and interested in learning about what it takes to put on a show!
TLC assists with Mainstage Rehearsals, Show Preparation (including Fundraising and Marketing), and has the opportunity to assist our younger students in the Acting and Musical Theater Workshop. They also participate in Community Service Events and fun activities exclusively for TLC.
TLC is designed to be a student-driven group, led and mentored by OPG staff. Selected students will influence the shape of the program, based on their strengths and interests. We are looking for students who are interested in learning more about what it takes to run a non-profit arts organization and be hands-on with the technical, educational and administrative aspects of OPG.

TLC APPRENTICE

Grades 9-12
Eligibility: Application-based.
* Attend TLC Meetings
* Assist with Mainstage Performance Preparation, Marketing, Fundraising and Special Events
* Participate in Community Service Event
* Fun Activities exclusively for TLC
No fee to apply.
Participation Fee: $125 (if selected)
TLC AMBASSADOR
TLC AMBASSADOR
Grades 10-12
Eligibility: Application-based. Completed 1 year on TLC and enrolled in the 2026 Fall Mainstage Production.
* Attend TLC Meetings
* Assist Staff with Performance Preparation / Rehearsals
* Assist Interns with Marketing, Fundraising, Special Events and Community Service Events
* Option to Assist AMT Workshops
* Fun Activities exclusively for TLC
No fee to apply.
Participation Fee: $125 (if selected)

TLC INTERN
Grades 11-12
Eligibility: Application-based. Completed 2 years on TLC and enrolled in the 2026 Fall Mainstage Production.
* Lead TLC Meetings
* Assist Staff with Performance Preparation / Rehearsals, Lead Cast Groups
* Lead TLC Sub-Committees in Marketing, Fundraising, and Event Planning
* Be Teaching Assistants for AMT Workshops
* Fun Activities exclusively for TLC and Interns
No fee to apply.
Participation Fee: $100 (if selected)
