Chris has been teaching Computer Design at Mountain Ridge Middle School in Academy District 20 since 2003. During that time, she has had four of her lessons published in the EdTech Magazine: Internet Hoaxes, Multimedia Projects, Global Warming and Online Culture. She is also the author of “Great Ways to Integrate Technology in the Classroom.” In 2007, she acquired a Master's in Technology in Education from Lesley University. She has frequently presented at the Technology Conferences in Colorado and has trained District 20 staff members in various workshops. During the summer of 2009, she became Google Teacher Certified. Since becoming Google Teacher Certified, she has created over 40 Google Sites that are packed with videos, resources, ideas, units and more for the education community.
