ABOUT: A healthcare van that provides pretty much anything a walk in clinic can. A true collaborative effort, Open Heart Collaborative advised and worked with Island Health MHSU staff, Doctors, Nurses, and other peers, and the result was "The Van". It provides care specifically targeted to those who are facing barriers with housing, and those who need addiction, mental health or basic health care.
