We are officially turning student research into school reality!
Today, under the leadership of SSLG President Pedro Penduko, we procured the necessary equipment to launch the final stage of Project P.R.I.S.M. (Projects Realized & Implemented for School Modernization).
Instead of letting brilliant student Capstones and Investigatory Projects be shelved in the library, we are installing them! We purchased the deployment materials needed to securely install the first batch of student-made prototypes, along with the official acrylic markers that will label each invention as “Officially Implemented by MNHS”. Expense Breakdown:
Deployment Materials (e.g., mounting tape, device batteries) : ₱ 3,000.00
"P.R.I.S.M." Plaques (Acrylic markers) : ₱ 1,500.00
Total Cost: ₱ 4,500.00
Funding Source: SSLG Funds ("The Adoption Grant")
Next Step: The official "Adoption & Deployment" phase begins next week! We will be installing the first approved STEM Automated Soil-Moisture Sensors to manage water usage in the Gulayan sa Paaralan and officially launching the AFA’s new Bio-Digester System, which will convert daily canteen food scraps into zero-cost liquid fertilizer for the commercial crop production of our Agri-Fishery students.

To the student body of Maragusan National High School,
Today marks a historic milestone in how your student government operates. We are proud to announce the official enactment of Jus Videndi (The Right to See)—our new Institutional Charter for Financial Transparency and Accountability.
For too long, the financial records of student organizations have been kept in closed folders and private offices. Starting today, the era of closed-door budgeting is officially over.
Jus Videndi is not just a policy; it is a fundamental right granted to every single student at MNHS. It is our unbreakable promise that every peso entrusted to the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) will be utilized with absolute honesty and protected from mismanagement.
What This Law Means For You:
The OpenFunds Guarantee: We are officially launching the OpenFunds digital dashboard. Every expense, audit, and revenue log will now be published systematically for public viewing.
The Right to Verify: You no longer have to guess where your contributions go. Whether it is the proceeds from a school fair or a project grant, you now have the authority to view the exact vendor receipts and financial breakdowns.
A Culture of Incorruptibility: This charter permanently establishes a strict zero-tolerance policy for the falsification of data or the misuse of institutional resources.
Why We Passed This Law:
We believe that true leadership requires true accountability. When you participate in an SSLG initiative, you are investing in the future of our campus. You deserve to know exactly how your support is being transformed into reality. This law protects your funds, empowers our officers to lead with integrity, and sets a new, permanent standard for honest governance in our school.
The ledger is open. The standard is set. We invite you to exercise your right to see.
Curious about the exact power this places in your hands? Don't just take our word for it—dive into the details and read the law that changes how MNHS operates forever: View the Official Jus Videndi Charter
