Taormina

A simple and rustic chair inspired by the style of wooden folding chairs commonly found on the beaches of the city of Taormina, located in southern Sicily, Italy. 

Two materials are used: pine wood and honext. Both materials alternate with each other, creating a decorative and minimalist pattern. 

The stool aims to evoke the concept of "handmade" as much as possible to remain true to the rustic and craftsmanship idea.
