Relations

  • In order to ensure that children feel safe and wanted in our center, our staff is encouraged to build strong bonds with the children and help them to feel protracted and cherished here. " Warm, sensitive, and responsive interactions help children develop a secure, positive sense of self and encourage them to respect and cooperate with others" ( National Association for the Education of Young Children, 2008, Para. 2).

  • We encourage children to be excepting of others and to make friends with all of their peers.

  • We also encourage families and staff to have a relationships in order to better serve the children in our facility.
