20.07.2017: Discussion among Moumita, Abhilash, and Sid.
21.07.2017: Website first draft
22.07.2017: Discussion with Kashturi
28.07.2017: Decide upon an initial plan of program and change needed in the website
02.08.2017: Finish the website -> to Abhilash, Moumita, Pritam
03.08.2017: Send the call out for volunteers/project leaders
07.08.2017: Identify the guest lecturers
25.08.2017: Close the first call for volunteers
25.08.2017: Screen the project leaders and notify them
26.08.2017: 1st General meeting with all the project leaders - topics: dates, program, venue, budget
27.08.2017: Decide upon the total budget based on the commitment from the project leaders
02.09.2017: Invite the guest lecturers
15.11.2017: Deadline for the student call
20.11.2017: Notify students
28.12.2017 - 03.01.2018: Open Academic Winter Research Camp 2017 - it was a grand success! We will come back next year!
