Organizational Grievance Reporting: An Open Assessment Framework
This site presents a guide for organizations to engage in a self-assessment on how their communities handle reports of misconduct or harm
Many organizations lack clarity around their protocols to support equitable deliberation and restorative repair work when reports of misconduct have been made. Understanding your organization's existing processes, identifying information gaps, and assessing areas for improvement are key parts of building organizational safety and care.
Grievance reports is a term we employ throughout this guide to identify reports of misconduct, and/or violations of community guidelines, such as safe space policies.
