Before you apply to become a tutor, here are a few things we are looking for! For our tutoring program, we are looking for individuals who range from entering freshman year to rising seniors. In addition to this, we are looking for people who have a passion for learning and are comfortable and excel in a range of subjects. We are also looking for those who exhibit patience and good communication skills, particularly with children. Furthermore, we hope to provide a mentorship program along with our tutoring service! For this reason, we would love tutors who possess an enthusiastic and encouraging personality who is also compassionate and willing to listen. Thank you for your interest in our service! What grade can I be to tutor?
Students who can apply to be tutors must be between incoming freshmen and rising seniors.
What grade levels do we tutor?
The grade levels range from elementary to highschool sophomore students.
What subjects will I be tutoring over?
This depends on each student, but subjects that will be tutored include core subjects, math, science, reading and/or writing.
Will I get community service hours?
