I participated to Spanish part of the SAIL Project (STEM Advancement through International Learning) funded by U.S. National Science Foundation and had a chance to work with Micheal Pagan, a final-year Computer Science undergraduate from Puerto Rico. Over the course of six weeks, we developed a python script which controls Optiwave simulation software to optimize geometry of monoclinic beta phase Ga2O3 for Distributed Bragg Reflector via scipy library in FINE Group at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Over the course of several years at Bilkent University, where I also pursued my master's studies, I have held two key positions within the laboratory: initially as a Lab Assistant and subsequently as a Laboratory Coordinator.
