The cooperation between the National Observatory for Scientific and Technological Research with its partners mainly concerns:

Identifying innovative R&D projects responding to real country issues.
Support for doctoral students preparing their university theses, through a dedicated research environment as well as support during the publication of communications and articles from indexed journals.
The development of training and technology transfer activities: Training, Seminars, Conferences, Congresses and Workshops.
