She called the number provided and was lied to and was told to withdraw money, luckily her bank suspected fraud and would not let her purchase more cards. The lady lost money in this scam but luckily her bank reimbursed her. Internet scamming happens online with links or popups.      This article is about a phishing scam,  where they used phishing emails with malicious links to collect information from companies, agencies, and attorneys.  They were a team of three from the UK, NIGERIA, and the United Arab- they worked together to scam people out of their information and money. A phishing scam usually happens through email when someone pretends to be someone else to collect your information.
