Here at Columbia State, we have many resources to ensure that students have the tools necessary to have the best online classroom experience possible, including:
Office 365: For Columbia State students, this powerful suite of tools is free. Go to https://Portal.Office.com and enter your Columbia State email address (someone@ColumbiaState.edu) and your password (same password you use for ChargerNet). You will install and run the apps. More detailed installation instructions are here.
Password Reset: If a password reset is needed, please note that it is required that our IT Helpdesk verify your identity when resetting a password, so call 931.540.2650 for a password reset.
