These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OnJet VPN ("OnJet", "we", "us", or "our") about your use of our mobile application and any related services (together, the "Service"). By installing, opening, or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Service. How we handle information, including our no-logs commitment, is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old — or older where your country sets a higher minimum age — and that you can legally enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Changes to the Service
OnJet is a product that keeps evolving. We may add, change, pause, or retire any part of it at any time — including server locations, supported protocols, connection performance, and individual features — with or without notice. We are not obligated to keep any particular feature or server available forever.
3. Using OnJet Responsibly
The Service is here for lawful, everyday use. You agree not to use it to do, help, or enable any of the following:
- break any local, national, or international law;
- upload, share, or distribute copyrighted material without permission, including illegally copying or torrenting films, software, or other protected works;
- spread malware, run denial-of-service or DDoS attacks, scan or probe networks, or try to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;
- push out spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or abusive marketing through our infrastructure;
- access, create, or share material that exploits or endangers minors;
- interfere with, overload, or try to get around the security of the Service or the networks it connects to.
If we receive credible reports of abuse, or have reasonable grounds to believe these rules have been broken, we may suspend or end your access without notice.
4. Privacy, No-Logs, and Your Responsibility
We don't monitor or log your browsing activity, as explained in our Privacy Policy. But privacy is not permission. A VPN does not make unlawful conduct lawful, and it does not grant true anonymity for illegal acts. You are, and remain, solely responsible for what you do online and for following every law that applies to you.
5. Intellectual Property and License
The software, names, logos, designs, and all other materials that make up the Service belong to OnJet or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, strictly in line with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Service or any part of it without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Advertising
The Service may show ads or link to content from third parties. We don't create, endorse, or control that material, and we are not responsible for the products, services, claims, or practices of any third-party advertiser. Anything you do with them is between you and that third party.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will run without interruption, delay, or error; that it will be safe from every security threat; or that you will reach any particular connection speed or any specific geo-restricted content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, OnJet, along with its developers, operators, and affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or harm caused by third parties — whether or not we were warned such damages were possible. Where local law does not allow some of these limits, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law allows.
9. Suspension, Termination, and Governing Law
We may limit, suspend, or end your access to the Service at any time if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service, our users, or others. You may end this agreement whenever you like by stopping use of the Service and uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will keep applying. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the place where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home country say otherwise. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect.
10. Changes to These Terms and Contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Service after an updated version takes effect, that means you accept the revised Terms, except where the law requires otherwise. The "Last Updated" date above always reflects the current version. Questions about these Terms? Reach us at:
