If you or your family or Friend's need to leave, you need to leave SLB, you can do it at any time. If you are thinking about leaving our online website, there are some steps for you to take before we Closed Your Account

If through the process of registering for SLB a user finds that the platform is not the right option, the SLB team will:

Support requirements that you need
Location and were you live and if you need help getting from place to place
Cultural and linguistic requirements and other Things
The vulnerability of the person seeking support and if they are there own legal guardian
Other specific requirements for example gender, sexuality, religion.
ONFC/CR Also Provide options for the person or family member or friend or our community member seeking support to connect with our team in the way the need us and what are there circumstances.
If a current user is leaving the platform for any Other reason, the ONFC/CR team will ensure And assistance to provided the transition from ONFC/CR to an alternate Support Website or provider, When requested and possible.
Some actions the SLB team may take include:
Organising for SLB online support to provide support through an alternate Support Person or Website or Provider
Organise for our online support Team to provide short-term support if the Customer whats SLB until the user has transitioned to the alternate Support person or website or provider.
With permission from the user, we will do handover with the new Support person or provider that is taking over
Where and when appropriate, we will provide information on available supports or contacts with the Customers Permission and only then we well do handover

An Online Team leader helps a person seeking support manage their SLB profile. This person handles managing all aspects of the platform. This could include:
Checking and responding to messages from Our online Support staff about you and other things that they helped you with
Posting on the job board what you need and how we can do that within line with Choice and Control
Booking and approving shifts and ensuring All Service's are Free and no money gets taking out of your plan at all
On-the-job training of workers as well as staff management
Keeping all information accurate and up to date that also may include your information.
Signing and agreeing to the Free Online service agreement and that you understand that this is a Free Online Support Service's
The Online Team Leader is the point of contact for all matters relating to the accounts, including the emergency contact.

If you have a Power of Attorney in place, you will need an account manager.
If you feel you need help to use the internet or need support in managing your Online support, you may benefit from having an Online team Leader. You will still have choice and control over who supports you and what supports you receive while using ONFC/CR. An Online team Leader helps you put this in place.
Typically, Online team Leader are the unpaid support in a person’s life, such as a family member or significant other.
Other Alternatively, an Online team Leader can also be someone in a paid capacity (such as a support coordinator). Please discuss how this will work with your coordinator before you sign up.
