Hacking and use of External Client Modifications 

The use of Exploits, Glitches, Client Modifications, Bugs, Resource Packs or anything which allows players to gain an unfair advantage over other players is not permitted. Includes the possession of illegal items. 

Griefing 

The intentional destruction of others’ builds is not permitted. For a perpetrator to be charged to the full extent they must cause grievous or irreversible damage to a build.

Spawn Killing 

PVP at Spawn is allowed, though the repeated killing of a player at their spawn is not permitted. "Repeated" refers to anything more than 2 deaths in quick succession occurring at one's spawn point. 

Abuse of Player Commands 

Setting spawn/ warps in others’ base without prior permission is not permitted. 

AFK (Idling)

Only applies if there are 10 players online.

Coordinate Leaking  

Includes fake coordinates and coordinates in screenshots. If you need to share coordinates, please move to a DM. 

Banned Items

Banned items include:

Buckets of anything other than water, lava, and milk.

Bee nests.

Entering Nation Despite Ban 

Entering a nation after being banned by one of their leaders will result in an immediate ban (provided that they've alerted you that you may not enter the zone).

Responsible Use of Discord Channels 

Use the appropriate channels for posts and anything related.

Advertising 

No advertisement without permission. Includes DM Advertising. Does not include advertisement to ONEWorld exclusive Discord Servers. The user does not have to post connection information to another server or community in order to be charged; the mere discussion of exterior communities is prohibited. 

Publishing of Personal Information 

Includes real names, addresses, passwords, bank account, credit card information, etc. Users may distribute their own personal information to whomever they feel worthy without violating R9.

Spam 

This includes @mention spam, character spam, image spam, and message spam. This is inclusive of continuous attempts to re-post comments that have been previously moderated/ rejected. 

Explicit Content 

Includes scary, gory or sexual content such as nudity, death, insults, profanity, incoherent, obscene or inflammatory language.

Harassment

Includes any form of harassment, discrimination, or encouraging the act. Includes remarks, jokes or innuendos that degrade or offend pertaining to racism, sexism, homophobia, threats, and other forms of discrimination.

Inappropriate Language 

While swearing is allowed, refrain from directing it at another member. Slurs are prohibited. 

Inappropriate Nicknames and/or Profile Pictures 

Anything a reasonable individual may find offensive. 

Reporting Integrity

Intentionally spreading mistruths, speculated gossip, or otherwise made-up stories to ONEWorld Staff reflects an attempt to mislead and deceive. 

Staff Disrespect

Avoid being openly aggressive and unruly with ONEWorld Staff. Having disagreements with members of the server staff or questioning a member of staff for taking an action are not considered disrespect unless done in a hostile or otherwise volatile way. 

Use of Position for Personal Gain

Includes, but not limited to: Sharing whispers with other players, unauthorized use of /give command, gathering of sensitive information for personal use, alteration of survival builds, interaction with personal survival account. Includes the transfer of any illegitimately obtained information/ items to other players. 

Invisible when Building, Spectator Mode Everywhere Else

Operators are not permitted to be in Creative mode. When conducting surveillance on players they must be in spectator mode. Exceptions can be made for events or special circumstances posing immediate danger to the realm. 

Right to Alteration

ONEWorld reserves the right to remove any structure impairing user experience or compromises Ream integrity (e.g., lag machines, blockades at areas of high traffic, and illegitimately gained items). Users who proceed to re-build or re-attain the deleted structure or item risk being banned.

Ban Appeals

Users may appeal a server ban by directly emailing ONEWorld Network. This appeal should outline how the user plans on changing if allowed to return to the server and include an apology for their past transgressions, or in rare cases, relevant and definitive evidence which contradicts the ban.

Ban Evasion

Bans issued against Minecraft accounts are made to both the account and the user using the account thereby prohibiting said user from evading the ban through the use of an alternative account. ONEWorld reserves the right to revoke an invite or issue a second ban if a user is suspected, beyond a reasonable doubt, to be a previously banned rule violator. 

Account Individuality 

Users are responsible for the actions that occur on their accounts (Discord or Minecraft), regardless of whether or not the actions were committed by the owner of the account. Resultantly, ONEWorld issues punishments on an account basis rather than personal/ individual basis. 

Intent to Cause Harm

Users who intentionally misuse their granted permissions or express intent to cause harm to the server may face punishment depending on severity. Includes utilizing loopholes, abusing errors in permissions or glitches.

Loss of VIP Privileges 

Players who donated to ONEWorld and left or were banned the community (including the Realm and Discord Server) are not entitled to VIP privileges. Leaving the server then requesting a refund is a disingenuous way of enjoying perks the donator was never entitled to in the first place. 

Intellectual Property

Users are free to copy, publish, distribute and transmit information found on our Network within our Network (includes the Realm, Website & any additional related documents). Information published outside our Network must include the source via a URI or hyperlink to a resource that contains the required attribution statements. The unauthorized redistribution or dissemination of intellectual property rights including, without limitation, copyrights, design rights other intellectual property rights associated with any ideas, concepts, techniques, inventions, processes, works of authorship, Confidential Information or trade secrets are strictly prohibited.
