One Tribe Fest Buskers Performer Application Saturday, April 13, 10-7 and Sunday April 14, 11-6:00
(Since all outside entertainment, activities, workshops and demos are Free to the public, performers are sharing their gift with the community and on a volunteer bases. (We do consider negotiating fees for bands from other states, to help in transportation, please call) All performances, workshops and demos are outside in nature under beautiful and majestic oak trees! and some activities under tents.) Performances are done under a tent, or out in the open, depending on how you like it, a tent is provided). We do not have a stage, or sound mixer. We do have a sound system with 2 speakers, please bring your own equipment) Electricity is provided. Thank you!
All performers receive • Free Admission inside, plus 10 Raffle Tickets (10 chances to win prizes!), An additional ticket to share, promotion on our website and can also promote and receive donations.
Thank you for your interest in being a busker at Hippie Tribe Fest. Buskers are allowed on a limited basis. Buskers are permitted to receive donations from the public. Buskers will be assigned their allotted space and time to perform by our Festival Staff.
There is no fee to attend, but buskers will only be allowed if approved. We will to let you know within the month of your submission whether or not you have been approved.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the forfeiture of your participation in future festivals.
