By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

OneScan is a mobile application that allows users to:

• scan receipts

• extract purchase information using OCR technology

• organize expenses

• generate expense reports

• export data in formats such as PDF or CSV

The App is intended for personal and business expense tracking.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• provide accurate information when using the App

• use the App only for lawful purposes

• not misuse or attempt to disrupt the App or its services

• not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App without permission

You are responsible for the information and data you store within the App.

3. User Data

Users may upload or create data within the App, including:

• receipt images

• merchant information

• expense details

• notes and categories

You retain ownership of your data. However, you grant the App permission to process this data in order to provide the service.

4. Data Export

The App may allow users to export data as:

• PDF reports

• CSV files

Users are responsible for how exported files are stored, shared, or used after download.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription (Premium plan).

Subscription details:

• payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play

• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

• users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their app store account

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store provider.

6. Service Availability

Kello Solutions aims to keep the App available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The App may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance

• updates

• technical issues

• external service disruptions

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App, including:

• software

• design

• branding

• logos

• features

are owned by Kello Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the App without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions shall not be liable for:

• data loss

• incorrect OCR results

• financial decisions made based on App data

• damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their data within the App at any time.

If cloud services are used, deletion requests may take a reasonable amount of time to process.

10. Changes to the Terms

Kello Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

When updates occur, the revised Terms will be made available within the App or through official channels.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to applicable laws and regulations.
