E. Education and Information Drive (EID)
This cross-cutting program supports all thematic areas by providing timely, accurate, and culturally relevant information to communities. It seeks to raise awareness and build knowledge on issues related to livelihood, environmental protection, peacebuilding, health, and governance. Activities under this program include the development and distribution of IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, organization of community learning sessions, radio and social media campaigns, and mobile information caravans. Through these efforts, the EID program aims to improve decision-making, encourage active participation, and foster a well-informed citizenry.
F. Advocacy and Campaign (AC)
This program is designed to influence policies, attitudes, and practices that affect marginalized communities. It seeks to amplify the voices of the poor, women, youth, IPs, and other vulnerable sectors through coordinated advocacy strategies. The program shall conduct issue-based campaigns, policy dialogues, stakeholder consultations, and alliance-building with civil society and government institutions. Focus areas include sustainable livelihood, environmental justice, peace and human rights, inclusive education, and good governance. By engaging both grassroots communities and policymakers, the Advocacy and Campaign program aims to shape more inclusive and responsive public policies.
G. Community Organizing (CO)
The Community Organizing program is foundational to the success of all thematic interventions. It focuses on mobilizing and capacitating communities to become active agents of their own development. The program involves identifying and developing local leaders, forming and strengthening community-based organizations, and building local networks. It also promotes participatory planning and local ownership of projects to ensure sustainability. By fostering social cohesion and collective action, the program empowers communities to advocate for their rights, manage resources effectively, and engage in local governance.
H. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
This program ensures the effectiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement of all organizational programs. It aims to establish systems and tools for tracking progress, measuring outcomes, and assessing the impact of interventions. Key activities include baseline studies, periodic evaluations, participatory monitoring, data collection and analysis, and feedback mechanisms. The M&E program provides critical insights to inform decision-making, enhance program design, and promote transparency and learning within the organization and among stakeholders.
