Sharon paints in oils, acrylic and watercolour. She also draws. Her subject matter is landscape, portraits and political or current issues. She regards herself as expressionist trying to convey the mood of the image, whether serene, vibrant or dark.

“I paint landscapes, portraits and figures, in oils, acrylic and watercolour. I am drawn to mood whether quiet, dramatic or ecstatic trying to convey the moods in the images I paint. My work is expressionist. I am also drawn to political issues and climate change.”
