Denny Hoffman's paintings are inspired by a sense of time in the natural weathering process of nature, inviting the viewer to move into a space of speculation. The landscape is abstracted into organic forms some with strong outlines, suggestive of stones and mineral formations. The colour effects relate to the natural forms portraying a layered history.
