Since retirements I’ve realised the world of clinical and academic medicine is very protected compared to working life of the 30 odd artists at One +2 studio . The fact they keep battling on has been an eye opening and inspiring experience.

My paintings involving the skeletons of native animals in an affected environment represent my worries on pollution and climate change.

I also like exploring the possibilities of portraiture and abstraction.
