Bio

Vanessa’s career of 20+ years includes content, copy, technical, and UX writing (and editing) for industry-leading companies. She also taught advertising concept and design at a global online university. Vanessa is proficient in AEM, Confluence, Flare, SharePoint, and Zendesk (for content); Jira, Salesforce, and ServiceNow (for collaboration); CSS, DITA, HTML, JavaScript, and XML languages; and ADA compliance, analytics, content/info architecture, cybersecurity, OCM, QA, SEO, UX, and W3C. Vanessa earned a BA in English from the University of Tennessee in 1999.
