Vanessa’s career includes content, copy, technical, and UX writing (and editing) for industry-leading companies. She also taught advertising concept and design at a global online university. Vanessa is proficient in AEM, Confluence, Flare, SharePoint, and Zendesk (for content); Jira, Salesforce, and ServiceNow (for collaboration); CSS, DITA, HTML, JavaScript, and XML (languages); and analytics, change management, project management, content/info architecture, ADA, QA, and UX.
