Bio

Vanessa’s career of 20+ years includes communication, content, and marketing at industry-leading companies. She also taught advertising concept and design at a global online university. Vanessa is proficient in Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence, Flare, SharePoint, WordPress, and Zendesk (content); Figma, InVision, and Miro (creation); and Jira, Slack, Teams, and Zoom (collaboration). She understands CSS, HTML, XML, and JavaScript, and she has experience with ADA compliance, IA, SEM, SEO, UX, and W3C web standards. Vanessa earned a BA in English from the University of Tennessee in 1999.
