COmprehensive Barangay Youth Development plan (CBYDP) 2024-2026

This document outlines a Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) for the Barangay Poblacion, Baleno, Masbate for the years 2024 to 2026. The plan identifies several areas of focus for youth development including health, education, economic empowerment, social inclusion, peace building, governance, active citizenship, and environment. For each area, key youth concerns are identified along with objectives, performance indicators, targets, budget allocations and priority areas for each year.
