A culture of leadership will be cultivated, where young voices are heard, ideas are valued, and every individual is empowered to make a difference.

The youth of Barangay Poblacion will be empowered to become active, responsible, and contributing members of our community. This mission is guided by the core values of KKK, which will shape our programs and initiatives to nurture their development, leadership, and well-being.

Katalinuhan (Intelligence): To nurture the intellectual growth of our youth by providing access to quality education, promoting critical thinking, and fostering a love for learning.

Kabutihang Panlipunan (Social Welfare): To promote a sense of community and social responsibility among our youth, encouraging them to actively participate in initiatives that address the needs of the less fortunate and contribute to the betterment of our barangay.

Kagalingan (Excellence): To inspire our youth to strive for excellence in all their endeavors, providing them with opportunities to develop their talents, pursue their passions, and make meaningful contributions to our community.
