Common Questions
How do I add photos or videos?
Open the day you want to update, then choose Add Photo, Add Video, or Add Media. With Full Photo Access, One Day Bigger can automatically show photos and videos from that date. You can also choose media manually.
How do I restore One Day Bigger Plus?
Open One Day Bigger → Settings → Plan → Restore Purchases.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open One Day Bigger → Settings → Plan → Manage Subscription. Apple handles billing and subscription management through your Apple Account.
Are my photos and videos uploaded?
No. One Day Bigger is designed as a local-first app. Your photos, videos, child information, notes, captions, and saved memories stay on your device and are not uploaded to One Day Bigger servers.
What happens if I delete the app?
One Day Bigger currently stores its app data locally on your device. Deleting the app may also delete locally stored One Day Bigger data. Keep important photos and videos backed up in your Photos library or another backup location.
