One Day Bigger Privacy Policy

One Day Bigger is designed to help parents organize and preserve photos, videos, notes, and memories of their children while keeping that information private and on their device.
Photos and Videos
One Day Bigger may request access to your photo library so you can select photos and videos and organize them by date. Full Photo Access allows the app to automatically display photos and videos from particular calendar dates. You may also choose media manually.
Your photos and videos are processed and stored locally on your device. One Day Bigger does not upload your photo library, saved memories, photos, or videos to our servers.
Child Information
You may enter information such as a child's first name and birth date so the app can organize memories and calculate ages. This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Notes, Captions, Favorites, and Memories
Notes, captions, favorites, slideshow settings, and other memory information you create in the app are stored locally on your device.
Music and Audio
If you choose to import an audio file, One Day Bigger may create a private local copy on your device for use with slideshows. If you choose music from your Apple Music or Music Library, access is provided through Apple's services and subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Subscriptions and Purchases
One Day Bigger offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Purchases and payments are processed by Apple. One Day Bigger does not receive or store your credit card or payment information.
The app may receive information from Apple necessary to determine whether you have an active One Day Bigger Plus subscription.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, One Day Bigger may schedule reminders on your device to help you remember to add daily memories. These reminders are handled locally by your device.
Analytics and Advertising
One Day Bigger does not currently use third-party advertising, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics services.
Selling or Sharing Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos, videos, child information, notes, captions, or saved memories with advertisers.
Data Storage and Deletion
One Day Bigger is currently a local-first application. App data and app-owned media are stored on your device. Deleting content within the app removes the applicable One Day Bigger copy where supported and does not delete the original photo or video from your Apple Photos library.
Deleting the One Day Bigger app may also delete locally stored One Day Bigger data from your device. You should keep copies of important photos and videos in your normal photo library or another backup location.
Third-Party Services
One Day Bigger uses certain Apple services, including the App Store, StoreKit, Photos interfaces, and music-related services when you choose to use those features. Apple's handling of information through its services is governed by Apple's privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
One Day Bigger is intended for use by parents, guardians, and other adults to organize family memories. The app is not designed as a social service for children and does not provide public profiles, messaging, or a public social network.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as One Day Bigger changes. Any updated policy will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
