Milestones

This project consists of THREE milestones, with each having deliverables. 

Milestone 1: Requirements Finalization and System Design 

Deliverables

• Requirements document with sketches.

• Technology stack and architecture plan.

• Approved database schema.

Milestone 2: Patient-Facing App and Backend Setup 

Deliverables

• Functional mobile app prototype (Android or cross-platform).

• Backend scripts for patient creation, hydration goals, and email workflows.

• Screenshots/logs from test runs.

Milestone 3: Provider Reporting and Optional Enhancements

Deliverables

• Fully functional hydration tracker app.

• Email-based provider reports or provider dashboard.

• Documentation detailing user management, hydration goal updates, and reporting workflows.

• Presentation materials.
