About Me

Hi, my name is Miss Kristi and I am the owner and lead teacher at Once Upon a Preschool. I have been teaching preschool at Once Upon a Preschool for 11 years.  Being a preschool teacher is my true life calling and the greatest job I will ever have (besides being a mom- that job is pretty incredible too)! Being a preschool teacher is what I am MEANT to do, I know that with every fiber of my being. It is a job that I do not at all take lightly. I feel a great sense of responsibility to not only provide my students with a happy, safe environment where they feel loved and supported but to also instill in them a love of learning that will last them all throughout their life. I feel that I have an immense responsibility to make sure my students are as prepared for Kindergarten as they can possibly be. I work my absolute hardest to teach them all of the academic, social and classroom skills they will need to know in order to thrive in their Kindergarten classrooms. I LOVE my job and I think my love and enthusiasm for my job and my students shows in everything I do!
