My name is Mr. Roling. I am new to the school district this year but not new to teaching. I have 34 years of teaching experience. I have taught in Dubuque, DeWitt, and Bettendorf, Iowa. 31 of those years were in a Middle School Setting.
I have 4 children; 2 boys and 2 girls. They are all grown up and live all over the country now. I promise you I will treat your child like my own. Like I said earlier I have taught for many years but I still enjoy seeing those "Ah Ha" moments when kids demonstrate they are learning.
I will also be the Middle School Cross Country Coach this year and the 7th grade boys basketball coach. I look forward to working with the kids outside of school also. This is where true relationships are often formed.
