Omro Family Aquatic Center Party Rentals

The Omro Family Aquatic Center is a great place for any fun-filled event! We host groups of all types and sizes. Whether it is a birthday party, scout group, reunion, or field trip, spend a day of fun with us.

The pool can be rented at a very reasonable rate for parties of nearly any size. You can choose to rent the Family Fun Deck during open swim hours or the entire pool after hours.

Family Fun Deck Rental

This option is affordable and popular throughout the summer.

The Family Fun Deck is a private concrete area available during open swim hours (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM). The area includes:

• 10 tables
• Chairs
• Umbrellas

Food and drinks may be brought into the Fun Deck area.

Cost:
$25 per hour + reduced admission of $3 per guest (ages 4–65)

Private Pool Party

Perfect for larger groups or parties that want the entire pool for their guests.

Private parties allow you to rent the full pool after hours.

• Pricing varies depending on the size of the group
• Rates are charged per hour
• No admission fee per guest
• Food and drinks are allowed in the concession area

General Rules and Guidelines

• The responsible party must be at least 18 years old
• A $50 security deposit is required at the time of reservation (separate check or cash)
• The deposit will only be refunded due to inclement weather or manager-approved circumstances
• Events may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit
• The full rental amount must be paid before the end of the event to the manager on duty
• Reduced admission applies to Fun Deck rentals only; private pool parties have no admission charge
• The number of lifeguards scheduled depends on expected attendance. If your guest count changes, notify the pool manager immediately at omropool@gmail.com
• Facility use, including cleaning, must end within the rental time listed in the agreement
• If the rental goes over the scheduled time, you will be charged for an additional hour and forfeit the security deposit
• Renters are responsible for cleaning their area before the end of the rental time
• Garbage receptacles and cleaning supplies will be provided
• Absolutely no alcohol is allowed on OFAC property
• If alcohol is brought onto the property, the party will be charged the full rental amount, forfeit the security deposit, and be required to leave immediately
• Damages or additional cleaning fees may be added to the total and will result in loss of the security deposit
• Guests who arrive before the scheduled rental time will be charged regular admission

Private Party Rules

• One adult chaperone (18+) is required for every 20 children ages 1–17
• Guests will be asked to leave the pool 10 minutes before the party ends
• All standard pool rules apply, including deep-end swim test requirements
• Certain pool features (slides, diving boards, etc.) may not be open for the entire party and may open periodically during the event
