Role
Community Associate responsible for moderation, member onboarding, engagement, and supporting community initiatives, including the first cohort bootcamp.
What I Did
Onboarded and welcomed new members with structured welcome messages
Enforced community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment
Initiated and facilitated daily and weekly conversations to boost engagement
Supported bootcamp facilitators and guided discussions for cohort members
Managed announcements, pinned messages, and overall community structure

WHATSAPP BOOTCAMP GROUP
WhatsApp group used to support and facilitate the first CM Guide bootcamp cohort through announcements and guided discussions.
This experience strengthened my ability to manage WhatsApp-based communities, support learning cohorts, and build systems that encourage trust and participation in early-stage professional communities.
Strong Women Small Boxes is an entrepreneur-focused community that supports women-led small businesses with clarity, guidance, and shared learning. The community uses social media and group engagement to educate, encourage, and connect members.

Content Strategy Contribution (2026)
Based on this insight, I helped shape a content strategy that prioritizes carousel-based content on LinkedIn to encourage deeper engagement, longer viewing time, and increased visibility within the SWSB community.
This process showed that community management and content strategy are deeply connected. Listening to how a community responds, testing formats, and adjusting direction based on insight is key to building trust and sustained engagement.
This approach now informs how we plan, create, and evaluate content within the SWSB community.

A personal YouTube project built to explore how consistent, value-driven content can be used to attract, engage, and retain an online audience over time.

This specific content strongly connected with the audience, generating high interaction and signaling alignment between topic, timing, and community interest.
This project reinforced that community can be built through consistency, responsiveness, and shared value, even without a formal community platform.
